Mr Paliwal spent plenty of time with me, showing me the inventory for condos throughout the downtown area. After plenty of searching and diligent efforts on part of Team Paliwal, we finally locked down the property that I've been living in now for 3 months.</p> <p>Due to the shear amount of demand in the current market, it took us several bids to finally get my dream condo. <p>Gyanesh Paliwal sold our home in Burlington back in August 2011 and sold in 1 day!<br /> Gyanesh is a great negotiator and a polish real-estate professional. Before the for sale sign went up Gyanesh took the time to study the market and developed a marketing strategy to ensure maximum exposure. Not only did Gyanesh sell our home in 1 day he was able to negotiate with the buyer from presenting a first offer under asking only to return with an offer above asking of $10,000. Gyanesh also helped us in our purchase in Oakville in which Gyanesh was able to negotiate a 3rd underground parking purchase when we were told by the builder that this would not be possible. Today Gyanesh continues to go out of his way to provide me with inside builder information on new developments. <p>Team Paliwal recently assisted us with the sale of 2 of our properties - one investment property (detached in Brampton) and our residence (semi-detached in Mississauga). Both houses were sold in 5 days with multiple offers (+/- 25 offers for each property); Brampton property was sold for almost 121%, while Mississauga one was sold for approximate 133% of the listing price! Pointless to say we are elated and enormously delighted; Team Paliwal spent a lot of time making sure we knew all the steps we needed to take in order to be prepared to sell. They insightful advices from decluttering, to staging and all the way through marketing & negotiation was a treat to experience.
