This was our third time using Guy to purchase a property and the first time to sell. The fact that we keep coming back to him, says it all, I believe! In this crazy market, he was the calm in the storm. After looking for a new home for several months, he got us into our dream listing as soon as it was available and a successful offer was accepted within hours. When it came time to list our house, the market had only gotten crazier and after guiding us on how to prepare the house for its best chance of selling, the race was on. 12 showings within 2 days and 6 offers to wade through! He easily handled all of our questions, was always available when we needed him and got us an amazing sell price and terms. Guy was awesome! I bought my house through him while I was living out of province and at the beginning of the process I found that I could trust Guy 100% to give me feedback and his opinions on different aspects and concerns of the house I had just like he was buying it for himself.
