<p>MY REAL ESTATE AGENT-Gurpreet Ghatehora I am first time home buyer and gurpreet ghatehora my agent was a total stranger to me but i was impressed with his knowledge, honesty about market status and other information. One goal all of us should have is to be able to burn a mortgage some day. Getting there without going up in flames, that is the trick. I have gone up in flames several times due to my ill advised purchasing of a home. My agent is very correct in making my assessments here. I often tell folks…do not try and fit a square peg into a round hole, when it comes to purchasing real estate. In other words you must be in an area where you intend to stay, buying at a price you can readily afford (including all the other add-on’s which you mentioned)…and if you need to move, before burning that mortgage the home can be sold readily, or rented out in a manner that does not burden you financially. Solid advice by my agent very solid advice.I can't believe that my agent found me dream home in just 2 months and at best price.I will go for next time again with my agent Gurpreet Ghatehora and i suggest all the first time buyers if you looking for honest and excellent agent then he is one.<br /> Thanks Gurpreet Ghatehora!</p>
