Gurpreet and his team were extremely agreeable, very informative in preparing the house for a sale, and realistic about the list price of the home. The suggestions made were practical, helpful, and he even referred professionals to help with cleaning and other services. I felt heard, confident, and was given the opportunity to reivew photos, ask questions, and vent my frustrations re: past experiences. Gurpreet and team were amazing in bringing potential buyers through the home and keeping interest in the property. I had two other realtors over a two year period. Gurpreet and team sold the house in six weeks, this was considering the work right from beginning to end. I was more than pleased with the level of service and the outcome of our working relationship. I highly recommend Gurpreet and his team; Lori is excellent as well. Although I did not get the price I want, I did get 97% of the selling price. I am not complaining.

I must admit I did not know him prior to searching my home with GURPREET. It took us a fairly long time to buy the ideal home mostly because of not only my choice but his expert advice Indicating a well constructed home(reputed builder) & also ideally located.
