To whomever it concerns, Gurpreet was my realtor almost 8 years ago now. When I was searching for a home in Wetaskiwin he reached out to me when I was searching and asked me if he could show me the house I was looking at, I agreed and viewed them, long story short the houses that I had wanted to view had major structural issues so I kept looking and let Gurpreet know what I was looking for in a house that had a rental suite. He found one that already had a tenant that had been renting for years. I bought the house , took the tenant with the purchase and am still very happy with my decision. Things couldn't have worked out better, I have a park right next door, my daughter's school is 3 blocks away and have a no frills grocery store a block away. Gurpreet was very helpful and gave me really good advice. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or build a new home, he's very knowledgeable.
