We are so pleased with the work that Gurnam has put into the sale of our current home and buy of our new home. Gurnam is an extremely dedicated agent who will make sure to listen to the wants and needs of his clients and educate them with market information to make sure that they are making a purchase they will be happy with. Gurnam would take his time every couple of weeks to show us comparables and market pricing. This helped us make a conscious and well informed decision on setting a sale price, as well as bargaining when it was time to purchase. We are so thankful that his skill in real estate got us our dream home. Gurnam is patient, dedicated and professional. Mr. Gurnam Singh Panesar was more than helpful in finding me an apartment in Toronto City Downtown. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find me a great apartment in the right price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and other stakeholders. This made it really easy to move to Toronto in less than 1 month!!! I find him very professional, experienced and I appreciate all his expert help and highly recommend him.
