We have been lucky to buy and sell properties in three countries, so we have dealt with many real estate agents over the years. It is with absolutely certainty that we can say that Greg is, by far, the best realtor that we have ever worked with anywhere! Our purchase this summer was complicated by the pandemic situation, we couldn't fly to Calgary to see the property that we were interested in buying, and we couldn't deal with any part of the transaction in person. We are very grateful for the outstanding work and assistance that Greg provided for us throughout every step of this rather complicated purchase. He was "our eyes" when he showed us the townhouse for the first time, objectively pointing out all of the aspects of the property. We never felt pressured by him in any way, he was patient and helpful beyond what is ever expected of a realtor. His communication skills are excellent, our texts, emails and phone calls were immediately answered, always in a very clear way. We relied on his vast knowledge and experience, and his excellent negotiation skills throughout this purchase. The way Greg responded to all of our concerns and questions, and the manner in which he handled our challenging case, made us feel safe and secure in our decisions. Greg is also a very good person, he is intelligent, honest, and deeply kind and caring. As a realtor he is truthful, polite, reliable, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We are beyond thrilled with the entire experience! We wholeheartedly recommend Greg if you are looking for an excellent realtor. We are very grateful for all that you have done for us, Greg.
