From the first moment that we met Greg, we knew he was the agent for us. He had such an engaging and caring personality that we felt comfortable, right away. As we were moving from another province and looking for a new home, we knew that it would be key to having an agent who would be communicating with us regularly and answering our many questions. Greg nailed it in all categories! He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and very accommodating with arrangements for viewing homes in person that worked with our schedule! In the moments when we were a little stressed, Greg would always respond with a level head and calm demeanor, which we admired, respected and needed. He was always able to keep us on track! His obvious knowledge of the real estate market allowed us to feel comfortable throughout this process.
