It was a pleasure to work with Greg. He help me to find a house .Since im not from here but from Quebec it's pretty hard for me to understand everything english/French barrier and it was also my first home . I had so much question for him ,he answer all my question and refer me also to other specialist related to bying a house or renovation. He meet all my requirements and make sure all our questions and worries were answered. He has a lot of knowledge and when he doesn't know he will find out and get back to you on it even if it's not always his area of ​​expertise. He went above and beyond. I'll refer him to anyone who needs a realtor for selling or buying a house. He gives good advice and is not afraid to make delicate offers and respect his clients' requests. He also come back to you after to that you are completely satisfied Fanny Q.

From the first moment that we met Greg, we knew he was the agent for us. He had such an engaging and caring personality that we felt comfortable, right away. As we were moving from another province and looking for a new home, we knew that it would be key to having an agent who would be communicating with us regularly and answering our many questions. Greg nailed it in all categories! He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and very accommodating with arrangements for viewing homes in person that worked with our schedule! In the moments when we were a little stressed, Greg would always respond with a level head and calm demeanor, which we admired, respected and needed. He was always able to keep us on track! Working with Greg was an absolute pleasure. Moving is a stressful process, and even more stressful when you go at it alone. Greg took so much of that stress away during the entire process, and allowed me to continue my daily schedule without worrying about my housing search. For Those Thinking About Working With an Agent for Home or Investment I thought I would take the time to recommend and personally thank Greg Matiichine for his outstanding work with my wife and I. We were NOT in the market but we were curious about properties. Even though we were not "hot buyers" Greg spent time showing us properties that peaked our interest. Greg gave us his most valuable commodity-- TIME. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Greg. His patience with us when we were not convinced about buying led us to a path where we are now living in a wonderful country home.
