Sold our house in a weekend for asking price. Had amazing pics of the house to help get buyers in.Very asessable and answered any question we had.

Graham was an outstanding real estate agent. He worked with me 14 years ago to buy my first house and he was the first person I thought of while looking to sell and I was not disappointed. He is incredibly efficient, very prompt in answering emails, calls, etc and took time to explain all aspects of the selling process. I would rate him 12/10 and will definitely look for him again in the future.

As a first time buyer with limited knowledge of the current market and buying process Graeme was a wealth of knowledge. He was always very easy to get a hold of and could provide insight when I was unsure.

Graeme was great to work with. He shared his knowledge and experience with us every step of the way. He was extremely patient and understanding of the fact that we hadn’t bought or sold a house in over 30 years. We would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone. He goes the extra mile and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him in any way.

Let me tell you, Graeme really knew his stuff! He was very open and honest about expectations and got me out of a bad situation with a previous realtor. He was able to negotiate in my favor when making my home purchase, and certainly got me the best price! I highly recommend this agency but specifically Graeme McInnis to be your realtor.
