I bought my first house and took possession December 2014 with the help of Brad Wylde and the GoWylde team. For the largest investment of my life I am glad that I trusted Brad. He was extremely helpful during the house hunting process and communicated with me frequently, whether by phone or email, to update me on the latest Downtown Guelph listings. Brad worked with me over the course of three months which included dozens of showings. When it came time to make my bid Brad was there every step of the way and provided valuable information as to what a competitive bid would be for any given property. Once all of the paperwork had been signed, Brad showcased his polished presentation skills on my behalf to the seller and their agent.
