<p>Gordie had a very straightforward approach to selling our home, that I really appreciated.</p> <p>At each stage, he would clearly explain any new developments, what the next steps were, any options on how to proceed, and the pros and cons of each option. He answered all questions quickly, and communicated regularly, working long hours to ensure that the sale went smoothly, even with us now being in a different time zone. I felt well informed and confident in a sale at all times, in spite of some unforeseen challenges with the current tenants in the house.</p> <p>He handled negotiations professionally, and managed to sell my house in a weak market for 99.4% of the listing price, in under two weeks. He was far more professional to deal with than other agents I have worked with in the past, and I would highly recommend him to all.</p>
