Buying our new home and selling our condo with Glen was a great experience. His relaxed and fun-loving demeanor took a lot of stress out of the process. We started looking with an idea of what we wanted and where, but soon found our wants and needs evolving as we looked at various places. Glen's patience was a god send; he kindly showed us home-after-home, taking the time to learn what we liked and disliked. A lessor agent may have become frustrated, but Glen stood alongside with a smile the whole time. Glen took the initiative to look for homes that he thought we might like. One evening he called us with a chance to look at a house in an area we hadn't yet considered. It wasn't a house that we typically would have selected from MLS, but it turned out to be the perfect home for our family. We truly believe that it was the time that Glen took to get to know us and our needs that allowed him to find us this amazing home. Glen helped us determine a reasonable price to sell our condo for, and gave guidance from staging through to the final sale. He assisted us through the buying process, helping us make a sound offer, and close the deal. Whenever there was a hiccup, Glen came to the rescue to get us back on track and calm our nerves. Glen is a good communicator without being pushy. He understood the market trends and helped set a reasonable price point for our sale. The paperwork was electronic and therefore convenient. I am happy with the service he provided. I just wish the realtors who were showing the house to potential clients had taken a moment to turn off the lights...not an issue with Glen but come on people!

He did a thorough market analysis and priced our home competitively -it sold in 23 days -we had 14 showings, 2 open houses and our neighbourhood was so full of signs that EVERYONE knew our house was for sale. Glen always kept us informed as to what was going on and he answered hundreds of our questions. We always felt he took time for us and we felt he had our backs on both ends of the deal. We hope we will never need to move again, but if we do, Glen will be our first call!</p>
