In my most recent transaction, she ensured she was very well informed about the area we were looking to sell and the sorts of buyers we wold attract. In putting up the house fo sale, she made what we felt were reasonable suggestions and wasnt too pushy or forceful if we chose a different path.<br /> Giosettta is refreshing because she actually knows her stuff, which I attribute to her many years in the field. She is a truly amazing agent.</p>

Giosetta Belperio is the only agent I will use. I've sold 2 homes , and bought 2 others with her. She has always been straightforward, hard working and honest. Giosetta goes above and beyond to find the home you really want, and has the experience to close the deal.

From the first day we met Giosetta we found her to be knowledgeable, Honest, Trustworthy, Very well organized and a pleasure to work with. She worked very hard to identify the right home for us. She has the ability to think out of the box and thinks well on her feet.

Giosetta was professional at all times. She made several recommendations when we listed & arranged several open houses (which some agents no longer do) with good results. Unfortunately for us, the market dropped when we were ready to list and it took a little longer to sell, but ultimately Giosetta came through as she promised. We Have recommended her to friends & family.

She was a very positive person and very sociable. I liked the energy she gave us when we first meet. She was very straight forward and made sure to explain all our questions slowly and clearly. She always got back to her messages and phone calls. I also believe that she did her best to represent my family and got us the best deal. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and dedicated agent.
