I am pleased to comment on Ginny's real estate service. Ginny's knowledge of the area is and has been solid. As I was a former resident of Ontario looking to settle in BC, she had the knowledge of this part of BC that helped immensely in making me feel at home even before actually setting foot on the island. Any time I had a question about the region or the process and timelines about putting an offer for a home on the table, her return communication was prompt, informative, yet not rushed. Ginny's connections with professionals in the community helped provide additional perspectives on life on the island. She made the entire process of making an offer through to closing the deal a smooth one. I would not hesitate to recommend Ginny for anyone considering purchasing or selling a home in the Cowichan-Mill Bay area.

I can't thank Ginny enough for helping me with the sale of my home in Duncan. I live in Victoria and it was very hard for me to find time to get to Duncan so Ginny did basically everything for me. She found me contractors and let them in the house to do a few repairs. She was available to update me and answer questions through text any time it was needed. She even got out her tools and did some cleaning/ yard work in order to get photos done on a sunny day (which I still feel guilty about). And all said and done she had my house sold in less than a month for a price very close to asking. She went above and beyond to make a stressful situation run incredibly smooth and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
