She was also able to recommend trusted experts in inspection, moving, security, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Gillian made finding a house so much easier than it would've been without her. This was our first house and personal circumstances changing several times, caused us to have to re-evaluate what we were looking for. But despite the setbacks, Gillian was always there, ready to help us keep looking until we found our perfect place. She was also awesome in helping us navigate a great deal on the place we bought, even in difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend anyone else to use her as well.

Gillian was amazing to work with. She showed me a large variety of houses and condos so I could get a feel of what I wanted within my budget as a first time home buyer! She would schedule me in for viewings in a timely manner and was always available to answer my questions. I had a tight purchase timeline and she made sure it happened!
