As first time home buyers, my partner and I really didn't know what to expect when we decided to get into the housing market. After a few months of looking online, we decided to get serious and were connected with the Mint Team. After our first call with Georgia, we knew we had made the right decision. Georgia took the time to walk us through the realities of buying a home, helped us tease out what we were looking for and what we could afford (not always the same thing), and gave us the confidence to hit the ground running. Navigating our constantly changing requirements and our busy schedules, Georgia proved to be knowledgeable and well connected in the city. Most importantly for us, she was not afraid to speak her mind, and offer up insights when we needed them, including talking us out of putting an offer down on a place that was really not the right fit. Working with Georgia and the Mint Team made buying our first home a delight and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.
