Excellent Service!! A wealth of knowledge from Steve and Geoff! They go above and beyond and truly care about their clients! We moved to Ottawa in 2017 and Steve worked with us to purchase our property. It was a sellers market so we were a bit nervous as buyers. Steve kept us away from bidding wars and made sure we didn't overpay for our house. Two years later we are being moved with our employer. Geoff worked with us to sell our house. When we first met with him and he told us the value had increased 14.8% we were quite surprised. We listed the house for what he suggested and it sold in less than one month. Karilyn is the administrator who was always available to answer any questions and ensured we had feedback from realtors that viewed our house. Our family recently had a very positive experience selling our home and buying our new home. Geoff and his team have a wealth of knowledge and experience buying and selling homes in Ottawa. Throughout the process Geoff would provide insight about how we could do things to have the best outcome, he always listened to what we were saying and helped us figure everything out with a lot of patience.
