We purchased and sold using the help from Jennifer Chamberlain and her team. While looking for a new property they always made themselves available and provided us with useful insights regarding the neighbourhoods and the specifics of the properties allowing us to quickly make decisions in a hot market. In the end we purchased our dream home and we've been enjoying it since. When we sold our property we ran into different issues outside our control: market trends, property specifics, buyer that couldn't get financing. Jennifer did a great job on staging the property and we got a lot of showings allowing us to finally sell the home after a not so fun period.

We really appreciated Steve’s honesty when we went to see homes, pointing out not only the positive features, but also any areas of concern. He took the time to get to know what features we were looking for in a home, and never suggested we consider a house if we expressed any reservations. We were a long time finding a home which fit our criteria, and he was extremely patient through the whole process, always reassuring us we would find the right house. His team made the selling process a breeze. I would highly recommend him, and use him again for another move.

Jennifer is the best! A fantastic agent to work with throughout the entire process. She made the entire process so smooth and stress free.
