Steve and Jenn were really great to work this. They are very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance. Steve was exceptionally flexible in meeting with our family to arrange viewings and attend various homes for us remotely (6 hours away). I've known Jenn Chamberlain for years so it seemed like an obvious choice to me. Even beyond that though she exceeded my expectations, patiently viewing dozens of homes over several months, coordinating offers during a trying market. Sound advice and feedback, making solid recommendations for a mortgage broker and lawyer to handle our purchase. I have been blown away by her support and service.

Steve Burgoin provided excellent service in helping us find a perfect house for us. We went to many showings in different neighborhoods and varying price ranges. He was happy to show us as many houses as needed until we found the right one. When a new home he thought we should see popped up, he arranged viewings right away. When we were ready to make an offer, Steve provided all the comparable information and helped us make a winning offer. When we sell we will use Steve for buying and selling our houses.
