<p>First time purchasing a home! Exciting, stressful, fun, a chore, all these feelings and more. But really couldn't have done it without Geoff. When he talked about finding that perfect dream home, my wife and I couldn't really understand what he meant, until we found it. Just nothing else we looked at could compare. The negotiations were a battle, neither party wanting to surrender ground. Geoff stayed in our corner the whole way, never pushing us one way or another. He took care of all the negotiations back and forth, even into the late hours of the night and over the long weekend when everyone else would be sipping on drinks and sitting by camp fires. In fact, the first night of our trip he was with us until approximately 10:00pm. He really made us feel like his number one priority. His experience level was made clear on the first day of our search for a new house. He showed us many different styles of houses in multiple neighbourhoods to get an idea of what we did and did not like. He was astute enough to recognize, and began to narrow our search so that we did not waste time on houses that were not right for us. It became clear that Geoff was working with our best interest in mind, when it came time to choose between two homes. Surprisingly he recommended the less expensive option, which was a better choice for us based on resale, school proximity and other factors important to us. All in all, working with Geoff was a pleasure. I will be using Geoff as my agent when I sell this house and I highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a house in the Ottawa area. He is an outstanding agent!</p>
