<p>Steve Burgoin was in one word, AMAZING! Coming from the Toronto area to the Ottawa area, he really made the whole process so easy. His knowledge and professionalism were second to none. He made my wife and I feel very confident in what we were purchasing and that we were not overpaying. He was always available to us and he never made us feel like we were disturbing him. When the negotiation process started everything that he was saying was exactly what we were thinking, he really got to know us and our expectations. <p>As a first time home buyer and a fairly new person to the city it was difficult for me to figure out how much can I afford, what are my needs in terms of space and which neighborhood will fulfill my requirements best.All queries were answered by STEVE BURGOIN and he helped me on every step in the process. I cannot explain how much preassure he took off my mind. And made the process go through smoothly. Aiding me further with referring contractors as per my requirement. He never pushed me to make a hasty decision or to jack up the offer beyond the appropriate value of the property. Which I experienced before starting to work with him. Even a five star I feel is less for the professionalism with which he conducted the entire dealing.</p>

<p>This was the third time we had Geoff as our real estate agent. Geoff worked with us to find a home in our budget and in our preferred location. His in depth knowledge of Ottawa is invaluable, we did not have a lot of time so he ensured no time was wasted. Once we found a house we wanted to put an offer on is when his negotiating skills kicked in. He handled it professionally and secured the house was ours in short time. He really knows his profession and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a real estate agent, he has never disappointed us.</p>

<p>Overall my experience with Geoff has been great. He is very knowledgable, professional in his dealings with clients and good with negotiation skills. Since I am from out of province and I am not familiar with Ottawa, he was willing to pick me up from my hotels for all the viewing and home inspection.
