My Wife and I grew to appreciate Gary and Rosemary more and more as the process of listing and selling the house went on. They were very knowledgeable about the Real Estate market in Victoria and provided valuable recommendations in preparing the house for sale. They were always available for questions and kept us informed each step of the way. They helped with the logistics of completing the preparations and we would highly recommend them to any one looking for Real estate help in Victoria.

Rosemary and Gary were absolutely wonderful in our search for a new home. From the outset, we were impressed with their thoughtful and ethical approach as realtors, and their commitment to giving us every assistance imaginable. We spent entire days and countless kilometres in their vehicle, being chauffeured to viewings. They were infinitely patient with our great (and sometimes conflicting) requirements for a new living space, and left no possiblity unexplored, even when it came to suggesting properties that would have yielded them a very low commission, had we chosen to purchase. And we can't list the number of phone hours they gave us, and the number of detailed emails they sent, making sure we had all the information we needed before we finally made the big leap. Knowing that they give the same diligence and devotion to the sellers they represent, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosemary and Gary to anyone either buyIng or selling. We can't commend them highly enough.

Rosemary and Gary recently sold our home. What was clear from the start is that we were their highest priority (even during hours where you'd expect they would be "off-line"). Having a two realtor team helped in this regard. They were up to speed on a multitude of places to advertise our home for maximum exposure, and cover the expenses to do so within their standard realtor fees. Rosemary and Gary knew about the latest technology to display our home, and used it effectively. They gave useful information on how to prepare our home for sale. Gary even offered for us to use his personal tools to help with this. Rosemary and Gary are very personable, and don't ever talk down to you. They kept us up to date on what was going on with the sale so we didn't have to ask. This really helped reduce the stress of selling a home. We highly recommend them.
