Gary and his wife Rosemary (a retired realtor, but she still knows her stuff!) make a great team, and went above and beyond for us all the way through the process. Gary was highly attentive and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He helped us on and off for a few years while we figured out what we wanted to do and could afford. He was easily reachable and excellent at communicating with us. We ended up buying a townhouse that had everything we wanted which I hadn't thought would be possible!

My Wife and I grew to appreciate Gary and Rosemary more and more as the process of listing and selling the house went on. They were very knowledgeable about the Real Estate market in Victoria and provided valuable recommendations in preparing the house for sale. They were always available for questions and kept us informed each step of the way. Rosemary and Gary were absolutely wonderful in our search for a new home. From the outset, we were impressed with their thoughtful and ethical approach as realtors, and their commitment to giving us every assistance imaginable. We spent entire days and countless kilometres in their vehicle, being chauffeured to viewings. They were infinitely patient with our great (and sometimes conflicting) requirements for a new living space, and left no possiblity unexplored, even when it came to suggesting properties that would have yielded them a very low commission, had we chosen to purchase. And we can't list the number of phone hours they gave us, and the number of detailed emails they sent, making sure we had all the information we needed before we finally made the big leap. Knowing that they give the same diligence and devotion to the sellers they represent, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosemary and Gary to anyone either buyIng or selling. We can't commend them highly enough.
