We recently purchased a new build with Gary and his team, they did a fantastic job guiding us through this process. Even though we've previously purchased a previous new build, I found their attention to detail and experience was extremely helpful in making the final decision. Gary continues to stay in contact post purchase and provides helpful information and direction as we approach closing date.

Being his first client ,I was little nervous initially but he did his job with flying colours like any old timer.He was super passionate about his work ,hard worker and tried his best to get my house sold on first day of open house itself.Later he helped me to get other property at great price.So far I have done three deals with him and now he has become lifetime realtor for all or any future deals for our family.
