Garret was extremely knowledgeable about the existing market and offered sage advice without being pushy. He did things like remove the paint cans in the yard that the painters left behind...put lawn chairs back on the deck...magically removed a stain on the wall...and so much more . He frequently checked on my house which was empty and reported back quickly. I felt completely at ease knowing that Garret was was my agent.
