Ed and Andrew were miracle workers on my behalf. I was on a cruise ship in Alaska and the WIFI service was terrible. They could not get hold of me for hours so they foresaw every question or situation that could come up and just got me to answer everything while we had service. They knew what I was looking for and made sure I was going to be 100% happy with the outcome. The day I returned they had me out to the house that I had put an offer on and it was exactly what I wanted. Used them to sell my home in 2021, used them to buy my new one in 2023 and if I ever need a real-estate agent again, I will use them again.

From the time we contacted Ganeff Dunn, all the way through the getting ready to sell part was a breeze with Eddie and Andrew. Everything we needed or needed info on they were there to guide us through, could not have a better team anywhere. Through the sale process they gave us the advice needed and got us the best price we could ask for. I can't say enough good about this team, They are the best in the business as far as my wife and myself are concerned. We highly recommend the team of Eddie Ganeff and Andrew Dunn!!!
