She adjusted her search as we became more aware of what we truly were seeking and when the right opportunity presented itself she had the exact strategy in place to secure our purchase and remained within our price budget. She was patient through the final negotiations even when certain requested concessions were becoming insignificant in the total picture. Galina is a true professional that never pushed, remained patient with our requests over a significant period of time and knew exactly what it would take to get the property we wanted when we finally found it.
