Gage was amazing! He knew what my husband and I were looking for and gave the best recommendations based on what we were looking for, we ended up getting more than what we were expecting for our very first home. Will 100% use him as a realtor again if needed and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family!

Truly a miracle. After dealing with several realtors in different provinces the greatest was sent to me. Efficient, understanding and communicative, he kept me informed and reassured through the whole process. His innate good nature and humour helped us through a complicated transaction and kept me constantly informed and buoyant. Whether buying or selling I cannot recommend him enough. He has the desire to please and the gumption to make it happen. I, for one, will be using him again.

Gage gave us an amazing experience. Easy to work with. Hes also very kind and approchable. Me and my fiance were first time home buyers. I was very concerned about if i was doing things correctly and Gage was always avaliable to answer questiones i had. Everytime i called or texted he answered right away. He showed us alot of beautiful homes that fit the discription of what we wanted. We even invited him to our house blessing party, which we were pleased that he came. Cant reccomend him enough!

Gage went above and beyond to help me sell the property. He clearly loves what he does and his dedication and drive is fantastic. Even before the listing he was super helpful in getting the property ready for sale and even finding service providers to get it cleaned up etc. But once it was listed he really "went to work". Open House early on, multiple offers and then a Contract plus a Back-up Unconditional Offer after the sale was already Pending. Very very strongly recommend Gage to others.

Gage and I had quite the adventure searching for a property for my self and my kids. We have viewed some pretty shady properties in some pretty shady neighborhoods. I only got approved for a mortgage for $100,000 and needed to be located in a certain area of the city, so the properties available to me were very limited. Despite this Gage was amazing, always responding quickly to any requests I had, would find me answers for all my many questions, was always positive, professional, well mannered, very knowledgeable, incredibly hard working and always very respectful to everyone. When it came down to the properties themselves it didn’t matter if the property was for $50,000 or $100,000, Gage treated them all the same way, as a home for me and my kids and not a dollar value. Gage also allowed me to look at the properties and form my own opinion before saying anything and then he would give his opinion and point out things I may have missed. Also, Gage would get just as excited about a place that had potential as I would. Pointing out storage space, or a larger room, a room not listed in a listing, balcony size, or things that would potentially benefit me and my kids. Gage was amazing to work with and I am happy that I had the pleasure of his assistance in the purchase of my new home and will use his services and recommend him to anyone and everyone I know that is in need of a realtor.
