Gagan Bector and seema Gupta were very professional and friendly persons to deal with and my experience of selling property was very great. Staging and presentation was amazing .We will use them again in future .

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Gagan. Not only is he extremely respectful at all times but also very resourceful when it comes to his job. He guided us through the process in a very simple but effective manner. The time at which we sold our house was a very difficult time in the market as the number of buyers were drastically reduced compared to the sellers which had increased by quite a bit. Gagan not only helped us through that harrowing time period, but he also stayed in touch with us throughout the process to make sure that we weren't getting too stressed with the way things were at the time. And the result spoke for itself as we were able to successfully sell our house at a price higher than we expected (almost $25000 more than we thought at the time.) He has excellent negotiation skills as well. When some really low deals came in, we were ready to fold in and sell our house, but he guided us properly through that period and repeatedly reminded us about the good points of our house and through that positive reinforcement he encouraged us to hold out for the best deal. And as the negotiations carried on, the good deal that he promised us came through as well. In fact it would have perhaps been an even better deal if we were able to follow Gagan's advice to the letter, however nerves got the best of us at the time. But regardless of what happened, we were and still are extremely satisfied for all the help that Gagan was able to provide for us. The shining point for Gagan would be the fact that he did not force us as the sellers to renovate everything on the property prior to listing the house. Compared to some of the other agents whom had visited us, he remained extremely objective and realistic in regards to the expenses required on the property to make it more appealing in the eyes of the buyers. The useless expenditures deemed necessary by others were trimmed off and only the essential things were done. We ended up spending less than a third of what we presumed would be our budget for the renovations due to proper guidance from Gagan. Overall, he's an excellent person who truly committed to the task and saw it through till the end with excellent results. Our house was advertised in different forms ranging from the local newspaper to the internet (youtube, realtor sites etc.) He truly went the extra mile to make sure that we as the homeowners were extremely comfortable with what was happening. Also every single step that needed to be taken was communicated very well to us. We were never talked down to or bulled into anything, but were rather informed of the situation in the market objectively and the manner in which we could tackle it. We would love to have Gagan represent us in the future when it comes to any real estate business as we are more than satisfied with the service and help we received.
