We worked with Fred on a previous property purchase a couple years ago. More recently Fred guided us through every step of the process of selling our condo and purchasing a new one with patience, and always made sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions. The marketing of our home was excellent, leading to a smooth and successful sale, and when it came to buying, he helped us find the perfect place. We will definitely work with Fred again if we ever sell/purchase another property, and highly recommend him to anyone.

We would like to thank Fred very much. He was always courteous and helpful, and even though he had a busy schedule he always promptly answered all our questions and eased any concerns we had. Even after we moved from the country, Fred's service was just as reliable as when we were meeting in person. Even being able to work around a 16 hour time difference without delay. We highly recommend Fred, we were able to trust him with all our affairs more than any other realtor we have had in the past.

He was very knowledgeable regarding building construction and educated us on what to look for so as not to incur future costs. His opinions were honest regarding certain properties we were looking into with an eye on preventing us future costs. He provided unbiased and objective opinions regarding sales trends and builder reputation. Overall we were very happy with Mr Yoshimura's work ethic. He went above and beyond what most agents do. Despite the sale being closed he continued to make himself available to us just in case we had any problems or concerns.
