Fred's knowledge of the market and in-depth familiarity with the region made purchasing my home very easy. He was available WHENEVER I needed to talk with him and always had answers to my myriad questions. I was very impressed, and I'm not easily impressed.

Returned my call within minutes, went out of his way to make himself available for all my needs and questions. Gave advise when negotiating that saved us thousands of dollars and a new laundry washer and dryer. Was honest on what he felt was a good price etc. Would highly recommend Mr Carver.
