I reached out to Frank on October of 2020 to assist with a purchase of my pre-sale condo. He was very up to date and prompt with his emails, and was very helpful when I had some confusion with my condo assignment contract. Just recently on possession day, Frank offered to pick up my keys and do a final inspection of my unit as I've never drove and felt uncomfortable driving on the highway with lots of snow. All in all, a very good experience and would definitely recommend Frank if you're looking for property to buy or sell!

Frank was fantastic. He helped us sell our condo and buy a townhouse, a process that was a bit nerve-wracking to undertake all at once. His expertise and recommendations throughout were critical, putting my husband and I both at ease. He's a clear communicator and very responsive, and was patient with all of our questions. In the selling process, he did a great job on the marketing and also provided a consultation with a designer. In the end, we had a crazy number of viewers during our open houses and were very happy with how quickly our condo sold and the price he negotiated.
