I enjoyed working with Fern, this was my first time buying a house, I had lots that I wanted in my first property. Fern was fantastic and patient in the process of finding what fit us. I found our communication was great, through all my "want" adjustments and areas to look in. She was very accommodating as I broaden our search radius. She has a keen eye for detail. Also a great perspective when showing you a property. I would absolutely work with Fern again and suggest her to a friend.

She gave us advise on how to present our home to be more sellable so that our house will stand out in an active market. We surely will recommend her to our friends and family.

Fern fought for us so hard in the negotiation stage and got us a better price than we thought we could get on our first home! Prior to finding our home, she also helped us narrow down our search and suggested new neighbourhoods to look into that we didnt know about. Never once did we feel any pressure to go over our budget despite not having a very big one, which was huge as we felt respected and our opinions heard working with her. She was super easy to communicate with, very prompt at replying and seeking out any answers to our questions she didnt already have, and gave us regular updates when things were still in limbo during the process. We couldnt be happier with choosing her as our agent and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
