My experience with this agent was extremely disappointing. The person I dealt with was not the same as the one who presented himself at the beginning. Promises and assurances made during the process were later walked back once the deal was secured. Communication and transparency dropped noticeably after commitments were in place, and it felt like priorities shifted the moment the transaction was done. That kind of inconsistency makes it very difficult to have confidence or trust moving forward. Professionalism is not just about closing a deal. It is about standing by your word, being consistent, and treating clients with integrity from start to finish. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious, ask for everything in writing, and not rely on verbal assurances
