When we decided to sell our home, we were extremely overwhelmed to say the least. From our first meeting, Fawad impressed us with his deep knowledge of the market and his approach to selling our property. He provided us invaluable advice on how to prepare our home for sale from minor repairs, to cleaning up the place to his amazing staging team Anna. While these things took a lot of time and effort, it did make a big difference. In the end we had a beautiful video of the property all over social media and our home looked like a model home. We received a few offers within the first week and Fawad advised us to pick the best one out of the offers with our ideal closing time and of course price.
