Fanny helped us to sell our house in Oct 2021. The experience was fantastic. We knew little on house selling and we had great concern on house showing during COVID. Back in 2016, Fanny helped us to buy our first home in Canada. It was a townhouse in Richmond Hill. The market was hot and it was hard to win the bidding game. Our offer was not the highest for this townhouse, however, Fanny was able to prepare a great presentation and persuaded the seller to sell the house to us! Unbelievable! She and her team did a great showcase of our townhouse on Internet. At last, our townhouse was sold within 24 hours after listing and the price was highest in the market at that time! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the residential they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The Fanny Lee Real Estate Team stood out as the best. Their social media presence was strong; their photographer is amazying and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Fanny and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was floorplan/layout and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Fanny made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't, like give us staging tips, sharing strategy for selling, having professional photographs taken, and video taken for a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
