I interviewed Faith many months before I was actually ready to list. I was impressed by her professional but warm and friendly approach to my needs. So when I was ready to sell I called her. Faith remembered our interview. She immediately made an appointment, took photos and the property was well presented on the internet within hours. During the period of selling, Faith kept me updated on what was happening to similar properties in the area. She worked under unusually difficult pressures because at this time covid was a problem for everyone. Open house showings were not allowed, so she was restricted to seeking prospective buyers in other ways. Faith arranged for viewings well ahead of time. She arrived punctually, giving us enough time together for a personal update. She sanitised surfaces before and after each showing and left masks and sanitising materials with me so they would be available for other viewers. I was impressed by the thoroughness with which Faith checked out all documentation that I needed and she helped me to find files which were missing. When I had a question she was able to answer it or find the answer for me. She explained a number of details and made me feel confident in my presentation. Faith had a quiet and thorough approach to her work with me. I felt comfortable with her dedication to the job at hand. When changes seemed advisable, they were always discussed thoughtfully without a needless waste of time or energy.
