Evelyn was clear and precise while warm and friendly at our orientation meeting. She provided astute advice while listening and then addressing all of our concerned. She adapted to our unusual circumstances with sensitivity and caring. She truly is an expert in her field.

I can't say enough good things about Evelyn! I was anxious about entering the market as a first time home buyer, but right from the beginning Evelyn understood this and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, understood everything and I had all the info I needed to find me dream condo. She was very willing to teach me as we went (very important to me, as I like to be making the decisions myself, not solely rely on the advice of experts). She really cares about her clients and it shows (cliche, I know but totally true in this case!). She took the time to really learn what I wanted, was always available to answer any questions and her tips/insight were invaluable. I'm not usually a decisive person when it comes to big purchases, but she did such a good job explaining things, anticipating/answering my questions and curating condos for me to see that I found, fell in love with, and bought my condo after only the first round of going to see properties. What really stood out for me was the incredible network Evelyn has. I came into the process without any contacts but Evelyn was able to provide me with several names for real estate lawyers, home inspectors, mortgage broker etc if/when I asked, and they were all of high quality as well! I wasn't expecting my real estate agent to provide one stop shopping but Evelyn was my point person for everything. Overall the experience was amazingly smooth and comprehensive. I felt very taken care of and couldn't be happier with my new place! I've already started recommending her to others and I'll definitely be using her again myself. -E

We traveled in from another province to track down our daughters new condo. We had communicated for a couple months prior and Evelyn kept us up to date and current at all times. When our flights were delayed, she went out of her way to rebook our viewings and came up with other comparibles that we could look at on short notice. She even picked us up at the airport as our rental car plans had changed. We looked at several , and settled on the best fit for us. Evelyn was with us through each step and we are happy to say we will be settling our daughter in shortly. Looking forward to what the area has to offer our family and seeing the many places up close that Evelyn had taken the time to point out for us. Thanks Evelyn!!
