We had a very beautiful, but also very difficult home to sell. A high end home with 7500 sqf. Thank you to Evan and his extensive marketing machine, the home was sold within a few months on the market. The monthly reporting and analysis was amazing and not comparable to what you get from any other Real Estate company. Most companies just want your listing and wait for clients to come (or not).
