I recently sold an apartment with Eva Li and while this can be very stressful process I felt 110% confident by working with her. She was candid, provided great feedback, helped explained clearly all details and managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. In addition, she was extremely responsive to every one of my questions, no matter how small. Eva is a very knowledgable and reliable professional and I would recommend her to anyone who would consider selling or buying real estate.

Eva Li was the agent for the apartment we purchased January 2022. Eva was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us and understood our needs. She was able to find a place that is right for us as soon as it came on the market. Although we were out of the country, she walked us through the whole place with her phone camera. We could not have done the purchase without her. EVA is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

We used Eva to help us find a condo for my mother to live in. My mother did not know exactly what she wanted, however, after only a few showings she was able to decipher specifically what my mom likes and requires. From there she would recommend different suites to view and when there was something we were interested in she would always make her self available to take us the same or next day. Because of her care we were able to view a condo and put in the offer the same day it was put on market, which we feel was to our benifit to get this condo. When it was time to put in our offer and until closing is when her experience was really demonstrated. She gave us great advise on how much to offer and felt she negotiated with with our best interests at heart. I felt she really knew the little things that really made a difference to the seller in order for us to secure the condo that someone not as knowledgeable would know. She made the whole process between accepted offer to closing very simple for us too. She has many knowledgeable contacts from her time in the industry that made securing financing to finding insurance very straightforward. We will definatly use Eva again in the future and would recommend her to all family and friends.
