I was living remote, travelling in and out of Nova Scotia looking for a property for quite some time. After meeting and talking to a few other realtors, I met Estevan at an open house. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took time to converse with other family members I had with me. He really gets to know your story and helps address your needs in a home. He really did go above and beyond answering texts, phone calls, etc... and often even showing up in person to ensure solid communication with important details. If he didn't have an answer right away he would find it almost immediately. You can tell he is a very honest person, and he uses that to ensure transactions go smoothly. When I met Estevan, I knew I could drop anyone else I was working with. He has a very personal approach and you will certainly not feel like a number. He will get my repeat business again. We would like to recommend Estevan for his help to get our first home in Canada. As new comers, we had several questions and doubts, because buying a house in Canada is very different than Brazil, our home land. Estevan was always ready to patiently explain or happy to search an answer for our questions. We visited and made an offer on many houses, but the house we got was definitely the best option for us and Estevan worked hard in the final negotiation to help us saving money and get the best deal possible. Estevan also recommended other professionals, like mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyer, who we had also a great experience. In summary, Estevan is a excellent professional and a really nice guy always in a good mood and therefore we strongly recommend him.
