<p>It's a really crazy, aggressive real estate market, so make sure you partner with an agent who knows their stuff and go to bat for you! Erynn was the third realtor I worked with in 2 years and she was the only one who got what I was looking for, and who I felt I could really trust to see good opportunities and steer me in the right direction. Among many things, she negotiated so I never bid more than I needed to, she did the homework to save me from bidding on a place with less than obvious repairs (which would have cost a lot) and she even took the initiative to write me a personal write up that got me to land the place I wanted, winning out against offers with no subjects.</p>

<p>Erynn is a tireless worker and was adamant that I found my dream home.. I like the nightlife and wanted to be in the heart of the city.. at the time I worked out of town so we were very busy when home.. after a couple of places went through she found a listing just come up in a building we previously missed out on but loved.. I trust Erynn so much I put in my offer off seeing two pictures since I was away.... we got it and I'm forever grateful.</p>
