I wasn't going to rate the quick 5 star when I started this survey until I read the questions. My Realtor Ernie Sheridan absolutely outstanding in all of the above. This is not the first time we have called him to sell/purchase a new home. Even though the market is crazy and the realtors are so insanely busy this time of year; Ernie always made time for us when it was convenient for us. He made you feel like you were his only client. He showed us everything we asked for and then walked us through the pros and cons of each home. He walked through our home when we were ready to sell and gave us advice on how to achieve our goals. He is the person I would recommend to anyone I knew if they were in the market to buy or sell their home. Even if they are just thinking about it, because I know he will give them the honesty and advise accordingly.
