Working with Ernie was an excellent experience. He is very knowledgeable and great at helping you understand all aspects of purchasing a house. He worked well with the broad information we gave him, and the house that we ended up buying was one that he had added to our list of places to view and that we had been uninterested in viewing previously. He was flexible with meeting times, and very quick and effective with communication.
