We used Erin for the sale of our last house and the purchase of our new house in the fall of 2021/winter of 2022. Erin from the first meeting on listing our house right up until the final discussion on the purchase of our new house was nothing but the most professional and supportive experience we have ever had with a realtor! Erin was very through with her documentation on the listing of our last house and knew the market intimately. While we had hoped we could have sold our house for what it was listed for, it may have been not the best timing for our listing period, however I think we did receive a really good offer. Erin's experience was demonstrated when we pivoted from the house we planned to purchase to the one we actually did buy! When Erin learned that we had some concerns after the inspection of the house we were buying, she jumped in right away to ask about our concerns and came up with a solution right away! Erin was not going to let us buy a house that we were not happy or unsatisfied with! She listened/heard and actioned! And for that we are so happy! Erin has stayed in touch with us since we moved with mailers, cards for special events, etc! The relationship with Erin is not a one and done, but it is a relationship that lasts for a long, long time! I would recommend Erin to anyone wanting to buy or sell. Thank you Erin!

Erin is just fantastic. Unparalleled knowledge of the local market, super easy to get a hold of, and very accommodating for us as out of town purchasers and with a last minute home inspection! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Erin and her team were very easy to deal with. We live in British Columbia and we're not available on site. We also had a renter in the home giving another element to navigate. She was always professional and quick to respond with any questions we had.
