Erin was quick to respond to any questions we had. She helped us with decisions on pricing for the area. She informed us promptly of all showing appointments and reviews. Erin is a very pleasant relator to have worked with.

We met with a couple of reputable agents when looking for one to sell our house. We were however confused on the estimated sale price given between them all as there was a 40-50,000 grand difference between the lowest and the highest (the lower one was from our first meeting of an agent and initially were happy that it wasn't under what we had thought ourselves). Then we met Erin who gave us the highest estimated sale price and we were astonished, extremely happy but also confused and uncertain. After all, all the agents are highly regarded. We spoke with Erin about our concern of being left on the market for too long if we over priced it, she was very understanding and was willing to do whatever made us comfortable but at he same time she stuck to her guns and was confident she would get a sale, she had re-ran numbers and such as she knew we were surprised by the number. After this we knew she was the one for us as we loved her ambition and she had made us trust in her knowledge. Erin staged our house and got the house on the market in no time with the help of her team with marketing and such. Our house sold on the first day on the market after multiple offers and for 102%! We are so greatful for having Erin for our agent and that we trusted in her knowledge. She is amazing in all aspects of the process and is clear and honest when communicating with you. We cannot praise her enough and will always be thankful for getting us an extra little bit of piece of mind as we move onto the next chapter of our lives.

Erin came highly recommended to us and we were so glad we took the recommendation. Erin is easy going, honest and dependable. From the initial meeting to list our house to the day we took possession of our new home she provided excellent service. She was always readily available and very responsive. We never once felt rushed, and always appreciated her honesty and guidance.
