We were quite impressed with real estate agent, Erin Balaban. She was amazing at each stage of the process of buying a home; i.e. analyzing the market, viewing homes, and the end game of putting in offers. We would highly recommend real estate agent, Erin Balaban, to friends and family.

I used Erin in the purchase of my new home and the sale of my condo. Throughout the entire process of both the purchase and the sale, Erin was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about the Toronto real estate market, and really took the time to make sure I was well educated and was comfortable throughout the whole process. She exacts a gentle guiding hand in making sure that my housing needs were met. I would definitely recommend Erin and would use her again.
