She immediately reached out and we began my search for a Comox Valley home. I was super impressed when my first offer fell through due to a mis-representation by the seller and Erin made sure I was refunded for my $500 home inspection fee! Once we finally found home during my visit out to the valley in June, she was instrumental in helping me navigate another inspection, septic inspection and final price negotiations.
