Erik is a true professional. I especially appreciated how quick Erik was to respond to all our enquiries and questions. Our purchase process was considerably longer than any other purchase we have made as we were buying during a pandemic with very little inventory in our chosen market. Erik ensured we did not settle, he knew what was important to us in a new home and worked very hard to ensure that we were making our best informed decision. We are very happy with the house we purchased.
