Erik Taylor is an amazing real estate agent he helped us purchase our house in 2010 and he just helped us sell in October 2021. If you are looking for a real estate agent that is attentive, committed, professional, and dependable he is all of the above it was a pleasure dealing with him. He is knowledgeable and is always focused on reducing the stress for his clients by making either buying or selling your home as seamless as possible. I would absolutely use him again when I decide to buy another property. I would also recommend him to my family, friends or to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

My agent guided me through the selling and buying process and I couldn't be happier with the results. All of my needs were met and his team was very professional throughout.

Erik is a true professional. I especially appreciated how quick Erik was to respond to all our enquiries and questions. Our purchase process was considerably longer than any other purchase we have made as we were buying during a pandemic with very little inventory in our chosen market.
