Eric Standel did an excellent job guiding me through the home buying process. Eric was knowledgeable, approachable, honest, and patient. As a first time home buyer, Eric took the time to make sure I understood wat was happening and offered advice and guidance when needed. Eric is an outstanding agent and really looked out for my best interest. He was extremely accommodating to my schedule and was pretty cut and dry which I liked. He never beat around the bush, would definitely recommend Eric for all real estate needs.
