Eric’s communication was great and super quick on responses which is a must when it comes to making one of the biggest purchase of your life! He kept us up to date with the sale process and he was detailed on every aspect of the sale. His attention to detail and calm demeanor is definitely an asset that many realtors do not possess. He was extremely thorough on explaining the features of each home we have looked at and at no point were we ever felt pressured or rushed.
